The Role 

• Prepare & process quotations & sales orders.
• Update sales order reports on a daily basis.
• Review of customer accounts and outstanding orders.
• Working closely with the external and internal sales teams, and finance team.
• Providing customer service on all queries i.e., products, pricing and lead times/deliveries.
• Assistance with stock management and internal procurement.
• Assist with logistics administration
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required during the course of employment.
• Work as part of the team to assist with annual leave and absence.

About You

• 2 years previous experience in administration.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong customer services skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively over the telephone and by email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
