The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role to the successful coordination of a large, group-wide project, requiring strong organisational skills and a high level of client engagement.
You will be responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams, ensuring clear communication between internal teams, third parties, and clients.
You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure accurate reporting and the smooth delivery of demanding, sometimes complex, and time-sensitive projects. Your contribution will be critical to delivering a best-in-class client experience.
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Coordinate group-wide projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
· Act as a key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring timely and accurate project updates
· Own and manage customer communications relating to project progress, milestones and risks,
· Support resource planning and scheduling for upcoming and ongoing plans
· Liaise with third-party suppliers and partners where required
· Create, organise, and attend client-facing project meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up actions
· Support the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed standards
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with company processes
· Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in customer service, project coordination or office administration
Strong understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Dutch & English (spoken and written) is required
