The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Support Specialist to join our sales team. This role combines sales support duties with inside sales responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 per month
