The Role
Day-to-day at Ekco:
As an Account Executive at Ekco, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and managing a portfolio of existing clients. Your primary focus will be to maintain customer relationships, retain and grow revenue by promoting the portfolio of services Ekco can offer.
Managing a client base of around 80 clients, you will ensure that customer issues are proactively addressed and that Ekco remains their trusted technology partner.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
Support Marketing Prospecting activities into the client base and new market opportunities.
Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs, concerns, and satisfaction levels.
Manage customer expectations around service delivery timelines and capabilities.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer concerns within internal teams.
Revenue Protection & Growth
Maintain and protect existing revenue.
Timely renewals of clients existing contracts.
Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Understand how to position the full Ekco Services portfolio.
Accurate Forecast Management and Reporting on account performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Account Growth: Drive additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Account Prospecting and New Business acquisition
Customer Satisfaction: Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall engagement.
Weekly CRM hygiene and business reporting
Regular office attendance, 2/3 days a week per week as an expectation.
Achievement of quarterly targets and KPI’s set by the business.
Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience of selling into SMB or mid-market segment.
Technical awareness of Cyber Services and IT services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities within accounts.
