About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Microsoft Partner Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our Microsoft partnership. This role will focus on managing partner processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our business gets the most value from Microsoft programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with data and reporting, and eager to improve processes. An understanding of IT and IT Security will be valuable in supporting programs across Modern Work, Security, and Azure, and in aligning partnership activities with our technology focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Partner Team Lead to activate and execute partnership activities with guidance and direction.
- Support the administration of Microsoft partner programs, including competencies, incentives, co-sells, and certifications.
- Track, update, and maintain accurate partner-related records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on partner activity using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with the submission of co-sell opportunities, funding claims, and partner portal updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest automation where possible.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Partner Manager and wider business on Microsoft-related queries.
Skills & Experience
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with proven attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
- Strong documentation and process-tracking abilities.
- Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role (partner or licensing knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, incentives, and partner portal tools is beneficial but not essential.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track progress and highlight gaps.
- Awareness or understanding of IT and IT Security concepts is an advantage
