About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on 2nd Line Engineer to join our on-site IT team in Central London. You'll be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across the business, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and hardware troubleshooting.
Job Duties / Requirements
- Provide 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Set up and support office equipment, including meeting room AV and connectivity
- Manage joiners, movers, and leavers (onboarding/offboarding processes)
- Support general IT operations and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and user records
About You
- Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and device troubleshooting
- Confident supporting office environments and end users on-site
- Clear understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with IT ticketing systems
- Basic networking knowledge
