Key Responsibilities
• Read, query and clarity installation specification with the nominated vCIO or insides sales team
• Provide technical support vCIO/sales team to sign off hardware and parts as required to meet the installation specification
• Attend client site at the appointed time, liaise with the client on intended installation time scale and methods / process to be used, if required.
• Carry out the job as directed, liaise with the client on completion and ask to confirmation and if there is anything else required on site, ensuring 100% satisfaction from the client on the install.
• Escalate any significant changes or additional to the to the vCIO or Scheduling manager when on site to seek clarification
• Confirm install is completed to Clients satisfaction. Update ticketing system with time and details, process ticket to next step, closure or escalation.
• Inform Scheduling Manager on completion and availability for re-scheduling Specific Performance Measurements
• Tasks and job completed within time allocated and on the Installation specification
• Ticket updated with all times, comments and configurations updated and captured
• Informing the Scheduling Manager on completion and attending site at appointed time
• Inform the vCIO on completion and any changes pre vCIO follow up with client
• Escalation to vCIO of any future recommendations / follow-up etc. Ability to communicate with clarity - to scheduling the vCIO and the client
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Field Service
• Microsoft training on Office 365
• 3 years of server and network experience
• Relevant technical qualifications
• Full clean driver’s license Desired Requirements
• Manual handling training • Firewall / security training
• Connectwise experience
• Network and cabling installation experience Technical Competencies Required
• Windows Server 2022 training
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Fortinet FCA certification (advantage)
