The role 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Exposure Management function, where you will be using market-leading vulnerability and attack surface management tools to help reduce our client's security exposure. You will act as the primary point-of-contact for clients, ensuring they receive excellent service, as well as driving internal improvements to our existing services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine scanning in line with client requirements.
• Assess and triage vulnerabilities and exposures against an internal risk matrix, threat intelligence sources, and client need.
• Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of exposure management environments.
• Perform GAP analyses of existing client environments and implement identified changes.
• Monitor and track remediation policies and changes to client environments.
• Raise and track remediation tickets to identified vulnerabilities and exposures.
• Produce reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to exposure management's continuous improvement plan.

Experience

• Existing experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Nessus, etc.).
• Experience with attack surface management tools (Bitsight, CyCognito, etc.) and processes is desirable but not necessary.

Knowledge & Skills

• Good knowledge of fundamental vulnerability management and cybersecurity concepts.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communicator.
• Ability to summarise technical concepts and findings for different audiences.
• Good service mindset and understanding of client needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across both internal and external stakeholders.
