We are looking for an organised and driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our high-performing User Services team as a JML Engineer!

This role forms part of our growing Joiners, Movers and Leavers team where you will be responsible for processing user account creations, deactivations and requests efficiently and accurately, in a timely manner. You will also create reports, produce guide templates, and play a key role in organising the workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• User account configuration: This includes AD, O365, 3rd party applications, permissions etc.
• Create, maintain and provide reports for weekly and monthly reports
• Create, maintain and execute processes: This includes internal and external processes, review, suggest and implement.
• Proactively organise and complete UAM requests

Salary - 12,000-16,000 ZAR per month
